At Movere, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders excluding the Lower Body Workout Machine and/or Portable Pilates Reformer will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• Orders containing bundle items that include a Lower Body Workout Machine and/or Portable Pilates Reformer will be split into two parcels as these items ship from our overseas warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

📍 United Kingdom 🇬🇧

• Orders are expected to arrive within 3 working days after dispatch.

📍 Europe 🇪🇺

• Orders are expected to arrive within 5 business days after dispatch.

📍 Rest of the World 🌍

• Orders outside of Europe are expected to arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
• Please note that customs processing times may vary by country, which can affect final delivery times.

Shipping for Bundle Orders

For orders containing a Lower Body Workout Machine and/or Portable Pilates Reformer:

• These items will be shipped separately from our overseas warehouse.
• Delivery for these items can take between 10-15 business days.

⚠️ Important Note: While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times for orders outside the UK due to customs processes and potential delays in different countries.
