At Movere, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:
For All Orders you have the right to return within 14 days of your purchase
Equipment Returns
✅ We accept returns for equipment only under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be in working order and unused.
Faulty Item Guarantee
🔧 We offer a 3-month faulty item guarantee. If your item becomes faulty within this period, we will provide a replacement or repair.
Clothing
We only offer the following for clothing:
- Exchanges for a different size or item.
- Store credit if an exchange is not suitable.
Perishable Items (Supplements, etc.)
⚠️ We do not offer refunds or exchanges for perishable items, including supplements.
